RA Jobs
Hello! I've been tracking and saving postings for research administration jobs since 2020. The one thing I can say with certainty is that the number of available postings hasn't decreased. The salary, perks and location may change, where we do the work may differ and political leadership priorities may differ, but this field is very much in demand.
I'm working on a job search site that is solely for research administration careers. Universities, research hospitals, foundations, pre-award, post-award, research compliance, tech transfer, in-person, hybrid, remote, full-time, part-time... well, you get the picture! My goal is to be the one place where the jobs are vetted and confirmed to be real RA jobs. I'm thinking sortable by geography, work location, focus area, years of experience, etc.
Let me know what you think about the following:
1) Is there a need for a specialized job search site for research administration?
2) Would you, as a job seeker, use the site?
3) Would you, as a job poster/hiring party, use the site?
4) Would you pay for access to the list of openings? (as a job seeker? as a job poster?)
5) Would you pay to attend virtual job fairs? (as a job seeker? as a job poster?)
